Capital structure policy is used to help companies determine the optimal composition of capital between debt and equity. This study aims in pharmaceutical industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period. The data secondary obtained from financial statements PT Indofarma Tbk, Herbal Pharmaceutical Industries sido Appear Kimia Farma Merk Tbk which are processed using method calculating cost comparing returns. On Equity (ROE) with a weighted average (Average Weight Cost Capital). results showed that Indofarmas had an 2015 2019. Industri Jamu Pharmacy Sido 2017, 2015.
